Role Description

The Technical Office Architect role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves preparing architectural designs, reviewing design and technical specifications, and ensuring quality compliance with project standards. Responsibilities also include coordinating with project managers and site teams to ensure project execution aligns with designs, reviewing shop drawings and as-built drawings, and providing technical support. The role also contributes to project planning, integration, and execution workflows in collaboration with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 4+ years of proven experience as a Technical Office Architect (preferably in construction or contracting companies).
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, detailing, and coordination.
• Excellent command of AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Good understanding of local building codes and construction methods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
