ey Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, and revise architectural shop drawings using Revit and AutoCAD based on project requirements.
• Develop and coordinate BIM models in line with project standards and requirements.
• Review tender, IFC, and construction drawings to ensure accuracy and constructability.
• Coordinate architectural BIM models and drawings with structural, MEP, and site teams to identify and resolve design clashes and conflicts.
• Ensure all shop drawings and BIM deliverables comply with project specifications, local codes, and client requirements.
• Support site teams by providing technical clarifications, details, and updated drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants regarding shop drawing submissions, approvals, and comments.
• Maintain accurate documentation, drawing revisions, and BIM model updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in quantity take-offs and material coordination when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably within a contracting company.
• Strong hands-on experience in BIM and architectural BIM modeling.
• Proven experience in preparing and developing architectural shop drawings.
• Strong proficiency in Revit is required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
• Good understanding of BIM coordination, construction methods, architectural detailing, and drawing standards.
• Experience coordinating architectural models/drawings with Structural and MEP disciplines.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines.
