:Job Overview

ACOUSTIEG is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Technical Office Engineer to support Fit-Out and project-based works. This role focuses on technical documentation, shop drawings, material submittals, and coordination with execution teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately in line with approved specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Requirements

:Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or related field).
  • More Than 2 years of experience in a Technical Office role within Fit-Out Projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and detailing.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Revit knowledge is a plus).
  • Experience in preparing shop drawings, submittals, and quantity take-offs.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
  • English language proficiency is preferred.

Roles And Responsibilities

:Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and coordinate shop drawings, technical drawings, and material submittals.
  • Ensure all technical documents comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and standards.
  • Support site teams with technical clarifications and construction details.
  • Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and technical reports as required.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors on technical matters.
  • Track document revisions, approvals, and maintain organized technical records.
  • Assist in resolving technical issues and proposing practical execution solutions.
  • Support continuous improvement of technical office processes and documentation quality.
