Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Arch Technical Office Engineer located in Heliopolis. The role involves preparing and reviewing shop drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQ), collaborating with civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering teams, and performing comprehensive quantity surveying. The Technical Office Engineer will ensure that all project specifications are met while adhering to professional standards and timelines.

Job Description:

• Reviewing QS submittals and preparing BOQs if needed
• Issuing financial and technical reports
• Reviewing compensation for contractors
• Reviewing claims for contractors
• Reviewing shop drawings

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• 2 - 4 years of experience as a Technical Office Engineer
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Very good computer skills (AutoCAD and MS Office), Revit preferably

• Location: Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt.
• Working days: from Sunday to Thursday, Fridays and Saturdays are off.
• Working Hours: 8 Flexible working hours.
