Hassan Allam Construction is currently looking to hire a Technical Office Engineer Civil / Arch with +2 years of experience in construction projects to join our growing team.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of shop drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals.
- Experience in quantity surveying and BOQ review.
- Good understanding of project specifications and contract documents.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Revit is a plus).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and coordinate shop drawings with site and consultant.
- Submit and follow up on material and technical submittals.
- Review and interpret contract documents and specifications.
- Coordinate with procurement and site teams to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Assist in quantity take-offs and variation orders.
- Ensure all technical documentation is properly recorded and updated.
