Technical Office Engineer - Civil

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Office Engineer - Civil, located in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The role involves preparing and reviewing shop drawings, preparing and managing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and ensuring accurate cost estimation for projects. The Technical Office Engineer will be responsible for overseeing civil and structural engineering requirements and liaising with other teams, including electrical engineering and quantity surveying, to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.

• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Shop Drawings and managing BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
• In-depth knowledge of Civil Engineering principles and practices
• Familiarity with Electrical Engineering concepts for project coordination
• Skills in Quantity Surveying to estimate, plan, and monitor project costs
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Experience in construction or related industries is an advantage
