Job Title: Technical Office Engineer Electrical (Metro / Railway Experience)
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Office Engineer Electrical with proven experience in metro, railway, or large-scale infrastructure projects to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review electrical design drawings, specifications, and contract documents for metro / railway projects.
- Prepare and review shop drawings, as-built drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
- Coordinate with design consultants, site engineers, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, local authority requirements, and international railway standards.
- Support site execution teams with technical clarifications and engineering solutions.
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for electrical systems.
- Monitor material approvals and procurement schedules.
- Assist in planning and tracking project progress, including variation orders and claims.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in technical office / design coordination roles.
- Mandatory experience in metro, railway, or rail infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems related to railway stations, tunnels, traction power, LV/MV systems, lighting, fire alarm, ELV, and related infrastructure.
Preferred:
- Experience in GCC / UAE projects.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
