Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to our client before the tender stage and in the pre-qualification stage.
- Receive tender documents from the sales team to review and check if they're related to the company's scope.
- Study the tender's package process and related technical specifications.
- Review the required tender items purchasing process with local and foreign purchasing teams and support them in the technical aspects.
- Prepare technical offers and related technical datasheets to submit to the sales team for pricing and close the tender envelope for the client's review.
- Receive technical clarification of the clients from the sales team and respond to it.
- Hold online meetings with clients to close any technical inquiries.
- Prepare detailed packing lists and technical documents for clients approval.
- Check the client's comments and updated details if required.
- Communicate with the planning team regarding the current stock to prioritize it in the production process.
- Revise the document of approval until receiving the client's final confirmation to proceed with the order.
- Submit the final approved documents to the operation, planning, and purchasing team to proceed with manufacturing accordingly.
- Provide technical support for the quality team during our internal inspection.
- Provide technical support during the client's inspection in case of any technical comments from the client's side.
You're a great fit if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Power and Machines Engineering
- 1-2 Years of experience in the same field
- Fluent Written and Verbal English
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel and Access)
- Proficient in AutoCad is a must and Dialux is a plus
