The owners started construction since 1975 when they built the Monginis factory themselves in India In 1990 they built the AbuRawwash factory themselves, expanding it 6 times.

We completed our 2000m Sadat factory in a record time of 9 months.

During these 40 years, numerous factories were completed.

So In 2022, this activity was separated from the parent company and RIVERBIX Co was formed specially for consultancy and construction.

Job Responsibilities:

-Prepare and revise AutoCAD shop drawings for fit-out works (electrical, plumbing, ceilings, ceramics, furniture).

-Take site measurements and update drawings accordingly.

-Supervise on-site execution of fit-out works, including electrical, plumbing, and finishing activities.

-Ensure works are executed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

-Prepare BOQs and material take-offs.

-Coordinate between site and technical office to resolve discrepancies.

Job Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Engineering Civil or Architecture.

-5 years of experience in fit-out and interior projects.

-Strong experience in site supervision & technical office work.

-Excellent AutoCAD skills.

-Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
