Technical Office Engineer

Role Description:

We are looking for a Technical Office Engineer to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in El Sheikh Zayed.

The role involves supporting project execution through technical documentation, coordination, and quantity control, ensuring all project requirements are delivered efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review shop drawings and technical submittals
• Develop and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Perform quantity surveying and material take-offs
• Coordinate with site, procurement, and project teams
• Review project specifications and ensure compliance
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 13 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of shop drawings, BOQ, and quantity surveying
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred (Plus):

• Experience in construction chemicals, flooring systems, or finishing works
• Familiarity with project coordination across multiple disciplines
