Job Title: Technical Office Engineers – Natural stone works (Marble & Granite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed shop drawings and technical plans under the supervision of the Technical Office Manager.
• Quantify material requirements based on approved technical drawings.
• Coordinate with factory and site teams to incorporate updates and technical revisions.
• Assist in preparing technical reports and project progress documentation.
• Support design development, including the preparation of samples and mock-ups.
• Review and verify subcontractor shop drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare cutting lists, material take-offs, and cost estimates for marble, granite, and finishing works.
• Follow up on approvals for materials, finishes, and technical submittals with the client/consultant.
• Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
• Monitor installation works on site to ensure adherence to drawings, quality standards, and timelines.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and discrepancies between drawings and site conditions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Applied Arts, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finishing works and general contracting.

- Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D Max.

- Strong attention to technical detail and accuracy.

- A proactive team player with a desire to learn and grow.

- Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in marble and granite works.
