Nasoft is hiring a
Technical office junior Engineer For one of our client
, that specialized in Interior Designs .
Job Responsibilities :
- Assist in the preparation of shop drawings and material submittals in compliance with project specifications
- Support the preparation, submission, and tracking of Requests for Information (RFIs)
- Review Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings under the guidance of senior engineers
- Coordinate with site engineers and technical teams to resolve design and construction-related clarifications
- Assist in preparing method statements, technical reports, and related documentation
- Maintain document control systems, including submission logs and revision tracking
- Follow up with consultants on submittal approvals, comments, and revisions
- Support QA/QC documentation, inspections, and compliance with project quality standards
- Assist in the preparation and updating of as-built drawings
- Support the compilation of project handover documentation at project completion
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering
- 0-2 years of experience as a Technical Office Engineer (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Basic understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and building methods
- Familiarity with shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs.
- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and drawing review
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word)
- Basic understanding of IFC drawings and shop drawing coordination
- Basic knowledge of QA/QC procedures and site inspection processes
- Knowledge of common construction materials and architectural methods
- Ability to maintain document control and submission tracking
- Willingness to learn and follow technical instructions under supervision
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within a team
- Very good command of the English language, both written and spoken
