The Technical Office Manager for BIM and Interior Finishes will oversee the coordination and execution of technical drawings, ensure budget compliance, and manage project timelines for interior finishing projects. Responsibilities include creating and reviewing detailed plans, conducting technical research, collaborating with design teams, and managing the integration of mechanical systems with aesthetic finishes. This is a full-time on-site role located in Riyadh.

• Proficiency in Technical Drawing and familiarity with BIM processes
• Strong skills in Budgeting and cost management
• Experience in Project Management, including task prioritization and team coordination
• Background in Mechanical Engineering and understanding of material integration
• Effective Research skills to support innovative and sustainable design solutions
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with interior finishes and sustainable construction materials is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
