Technical Office Manager Electrical
Location: Alexandria, Egypt
About the Company:
Egycomm is a leading company in the execution of electrical systems, low current systems, and infrastructure networks. We have a strong portfolio across hotels, hospitals, factories, and major commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Technical Office department and fully supervise the Technical Office engineering team.
Review and approve Shop Drawings and technical plans.
Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and project interim payment certificates.
Coordinate technically with Project Management, site teams, and consultants.
Study and analyze tender documents, specifications, and technical requirements.
Prepare and submit Material Submittals for approval.
Monitor design changes and issue updated As-Built drawings.
Provide technical support to the estimation and tendering department when required.
Ensure compliance with technical specifications and applicable codes and standards.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Power).
812 years of experience in electrical contracting.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Technical Office managerial or supervisory role.
Strong experience in projects involving:
Power | Lighting | Fire Alarm | Low Current | Infrastructure
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and quantity surveying tools.
Good knowledge of Egyptian Code, IEC, and NFPA standards.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
