Technical Procurement Engineer-Architecture

Role Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue requests for quotations (RFQs) and analyze offers technically and commercially.
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and terms.
• Review supplier contracts to ensure compliance with project specifications and documents.
• Coordinate with technical and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Track purchase orders and ensure materials arrive according to project schedules.
• Prepare regular procurement status reports and supplier performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in procurement for finishing works in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials and specifications (e.g., marble, ceramics, paint, gypsum works, etc.).
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and preferably project management software (Primavera or MS Project).
• Ability to work under pressure and within a team.
