Role Description

This is a full-time Technical/Procurement Engineer role based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some remote work. The Technical/Procurement Engineer will be responsible for handling purchasing processes, managing suppliers and purchase orders, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials. Tasks include negotiating with suppliers, analyzing procurement data, optimizing purchasing strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to meet project specifications and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Purchasing Processes, Purchase Management, and handling Purchase Orders
• Experience with Supplier Negotiation and maintaining supplier relationships
• Well-developed Analytical Skills to evaluate procurement strategies and data
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems is a plus
• Experience in engineering or construction project procurement is advantageous
