Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo for a Technical Procurement Team Leader Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil). In this role, you will oversee and lead procurement activities for engineering disciplines, ensuring the timely and cost-effective sourcing of equipment, materials, and services. Key tasks include vendor management, contract negotiation, market analysis, cost monitoring, and maintaining strong supplier relationships. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical standards and procurement strategies align with project requirements.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiation within the domains of Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil Engineering.
  • Strong technical understanding of engineering concepts, specifications, and materials related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil projects.
  • Experience in cost analysis, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and documentation standards.
  • Ability to evaluate supplier performance and maintain effective communication with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills to manage projects and procurement teams effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering; advanced education or certifications in procurement or project management are a plus.
  • Familiarity with construction industry processes and advanced knowledge of procurement tools and software.
