Responsibilities:
- Lead endtoend delivery of data projects, ensuring scope, timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations are met
- Manage cross-functional teamsincluding data engineers, architects, analysts, and partner resources
- Oversee project governance, RAID logs, sprint planning, documentation, and status reporting
- Ensure successful implementation of data platforms, data migration, data integration, or analytics solutions
- Coordinate with client stakeholders in UAE/KSA/Qatar to ensure alignment, delivery readiness, and smooth execution
- Apply industry best practices in project management, agile delivery, and enterprise data project execution
- Drive continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and operational excellence across projects
Skills / Experience:
- 10+ years of overall experience, including 3+ years of handson project management delivering Data projects in UAE/KSA/Qatar
- Strong background in data engineering, data platforms, analytics, or related technical environments
- PMP and/or Scrum Master certification is mandatory
- Experience managing AI/ML-related projects is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders, vendors, and distributed teams
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Arabic language skills preferred but not mandatory
- Preference for candidates with regional cultural familiarity or prior GCC experience
