Job Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber, strategic
Project Manager with at least 10 years of experience to lead General Insurance & Life Insurance software projects. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical delivery teams and business stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Delivery: Lead the planning and implementation of various projects in General & Life Insurance, managing the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal leadership, delivering clear, smart communication regarding project health, risks, and milestones.
- Domain Alignment: Apply at least 3 years of deep General Insurance knowledge (B2B & B2C Portals, Customer Onboarding, Policy Issuance, Integrations) to validate project requirements and ensure business value.
- Resource & Risk Management: Proactively identify bottlenecks, manage project dependencies, and mitigate risks to keep the projects timeline on track.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivered solution meets the rigorous standards required for the insurance industrys regulatory and operational environment.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in IT Project Management; 5+ years specifically within the General / Life Insurance domain.
- Education: Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred).
- Communication: Very good verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders and present complex data simply.
- Agility: Proven ability to manage short-term, high-impact projects with a focus on rapid delivery and documentation.
- Technical Savvy: Familiarity with modern insurance software architectures and SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
