Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules.
- Identify resources and establish roles and responsibilities.
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver on project goals.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Serve as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the project team.
- Facilitate meetings to discuss progress, address issues, and align on goals.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies, address project roadblocks and escalate issues as needed.
- Ensure successful delivery and handover of project deliverables.
- Ensure all project documentation is completed and archived.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of proven experience in project management roles.
- Certifications (preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (e.g., Scrum Master).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, confluence).
