Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: Develop plans, mitigate risks, and ensure high-quality, on-time execution.
• Budget & Resources: Own budget planning, resource allocation, cost control, and financial tracking.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Align engineering, design, operations, and sales teams to drive results.
• Data-Driven Operations: Analyze project metrics to identify risks early and optimize workflows.
• Stakeholder Management: Balance internal/external client interests and maintain strong business relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience: 6+ years in software environments with 4+ years in Project Management.

Required Skills

• Technical Skill: Proficiency in Python or JavaScript (or another major language) to communicate effectively with developers.
• Budget Control: Proven experience allocating and tracking project budgets.
• Methodology: Strong background in Agile/Scrum delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Domain Fit (Bonus): Background in SaaS, telecom, banking, or system integration.
• Certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
