About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join a leading AI and data-driven solutions company in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of complex AI and machine learning initiatives, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of AI/ML projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers.
- Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Act as the main point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Ensure project documentation, quality standards, and reporting are maintained throughout the lifecycle.
- Drive agile best practices and continuous improvement across project teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years experience in technical project management, ideally within AI, data science, or software engineering environments.
- Proven track record delivering end-to-end software or AI projects.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ML pipelines, data infrastructure, or cloud-based AI platforms is a plus.
- Must currently hold a valid UAE Freelance Visa or Golden Visa.
- Available for onsite work in Abu Dhabi.
