Role Description
Swisstech is hiring a Technical Project Manager to lead the execution of complex fintech software projects across cross-functional engineering teams. This is not a coordination-only role.
We're looking for someone who:
- Understands software architecture and engineering workflows
- Can translate business requirements into technical execution plans
- Drives delivery without compromising quality
- Brings structure to fast-moving environments
You will act as the bridge between product vision, engineering execution, and client expectations; ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at production-level quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of UI/UX, frontend, and mobile fintech projects
- Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and sprint plans
- Coordinate across UI/UX designers, React/Next.js frontend, Flutter mobile, and DevOps
- Manage timelines, scope, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones
- Work closely with CTO and engineering team leads on architecture decisions
- Run sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure documentation, technical clarity, and cross-team alignment
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation
- Maintain delivery standards for security, compliance, and scalability
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience managing technical software projects
- Strong understanding of frontend-driven products and how backend systems support user-facing features.
- Experience managing API-driven, microservices, or multi-tenant SaaS platforms
- Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Experience collaborating closely with UI/UX teams on complex product platforms
- Comfortable reading technical documentation and discussing system design
- Ability to manage multiple parallel projects
- Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, or similar
- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps workflows, and cloud environments
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
Highly Preferable
- Experience in fintech, payments, banking, crypto, or compliance-heavy systems
- English fluency
- Experience managing distributed or hybrid teams
- Exposure to security-first and compliance-driven platforms (KYC/AML, PII handling)
