Job Title: Project Manager Technical (Turrets) SAUDI NATIONALS

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Technical (Turrets) to lead complex, high-value defense projects focused on turret systems integration for land defense vehicles. The role requires deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems within a military environment, ensuring delivery excellence, compliance, and cross-functional coordination with engineering, production, and quality teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage turret system development and integration projects from concept to delivery.
- Oversee design, prototyping, qualification, and production readiness of mechanical and electromechanical turret subsystems.
- Manage project scope, budgets, risks, and schedules to ensure on-time, within-cost delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams to resolve technical and programmatic challenges.
- Ensure compliance with defense and military standards (MIL-STD, STANAG, etc.) and customer specifications.
- Engage with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical and performance requirements.
- Prepare detailed project documentation, progress reports, and risk mitigation plans.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Systems Engineering.
- 815 years of experience managing defense or heavy engineering projects, ideally in turret systems or weapon station integration.
- Proven expertise in systems engineering, configuration management, and defense standards.
- Strong technical acumen in mechanical structures, control systems, hydraulics, and ballistics integration.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience working with OEMs, Tier-1 defense contractors, or military R&D units.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
