Technical Project Manager

TMC Middle East is currently engaged in a project with one of our prestigious customers in KSA.

We are seeking a highly capable expert to help TMC to deliver this assignment.

About the Role:

Position: Technical Project Manager

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Experience: 8+ Years

Preferred: Currently residing in Middle East

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

In-depth knowledge of ISO 8583 messaging for ATM, POS, e-Commerce, and Transit systems.

Strong understanding of SAMA message routing and the related operational models for the above message types.

Hands-on experience in implementing switch interfaces.

Proven experience in preparing technical and operational documentation, including project management reports and steering committee presentations.

Ability to work extended hours to meet critical project timelines, and efficiently manage resources and budgeting.

Experience in conducting SIT, UAT, and Beta testing, including defining technical and business test cases.

Proficiency in MS Project and PL/SQL.

Capability to use payment system simulators for SIT and performance testing.

Experience with HPS Power Card switch interfaces is an added advantage.
