About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. You will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned roles (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management).
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define role requirements. Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Conduct initial interviews and assessments to ensure strong candidaterole fit.
Maintain and update records and ensure all candidate information is accurately .
Support the employer branding strategy through engaging online presence, events, and campaigns.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness to continuously improve hiring processes.
Stay updated with market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Job Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in IT or any related industries.
Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
A proactive mindset with a passion for connecting people and opportunities.
Excellent in English spoken and written is a plus.
