Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join a growing Talent Acquisition team that is currently under-resourced and scaling. This is a full 360 recruitment role focused on technical, engineering, and research-based hiring across multiple business units.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across technical and engineering roles

  • Lead hiring for multiple research centres and specialist business areas

  • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, advise on market availability, and drive hiring strategies

  • Source, screen, and engage high-calibre technical talent using multiple channels

  • Manage stakeholder communication and expectations throughout the recruitment process

  • Deliver a strong candidate experience while maintaining pace and quality of hire

  • Track and report on recruitment activity, pipeline, and outcomes

Candidate Profile

  • Approximately 10 years experience in recruitment specifically in tech positions

  • Background in both in-house and agency environments

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple roles and priorities

  • Currently based in the UAE is highly desirable
