Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in KSA, focusing on selling cutting-edge IT services specializing in Cyber Security and Managed Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with exceptional sales skills to effectively communicate and demonstrate the value of our IT solutions to clients.
Main Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development:Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop effective strategies for selling IT services, including cyber security solutions and Managed Services Provider offerings, aligning them with client needs and market trends in KSA.
Client Engagement:Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their IT infrastructure, security concerns, and business objectives to tailor IT service proposals that address their specific requirements.
Product Presentations and Demonstrations:Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations of cyber security solutions and managed services, showcasing their features, benefits, and capabilities to prospective clients.
Technical Expertise:Leverage in-depth technical knowledge of cyber security frameworks, IT infrastructure, cloud services, and managed services to articulate complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner to clients.
Proposal Development:Create comprehensive proposals and quotes that outline the scope of services, pricing, and implementation plans, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company capabilities.
Relationship Building:Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within client organizations, nurturing long-term partnerships and driving repeat business.
Market Intelligence:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in cyber security and managed services to provide informed recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates, providing insights into sales performance and contributing to strategic decision-making processes.
Qualifications & skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Skills
Proven experience 5+ years in technical sales within the IT industry, preferably in selling cyber security solutions and Managed Services Provider offerings.
Deep understanding of KSA Market.
Deep understanding of cyber security frameworks, IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and managed services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Arabic and English languages is required.
