Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable solutions, and preparing sales proposals. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and working closely with the projects and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and skills in Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, and Sales processes
- Experience in providing Technical Support and guiding clients with tailored solutions
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to understand client needs and recommend solutions
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic
- Familiarity with the MEP equipment industry and its applications
- Strong organizational and project management skills
