Technical Sales Engineer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer based in Cairo, Egypt. The Technical Sales Engineer will assist in identifying customer needs, presenting tailored technical solutions, and supporting clients throughout the sales process. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, providing technical support, and collaborating with the sales and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires strong interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships with clients and effectively communicate solutions.

• Expertise in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering to identify, present, and support customer solutions
• Strong background in Technical Support to address client issues and provide effective resolutions
• Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients and team members effectively
• Experience and skills in Sales to build relationships and achieve targets
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Proven problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the Human Resources Software or a similar technical industry is an advantage
