Technical Sales (Part-Time) – SOVAR | Egypt

Location: Egypt (Cairo-based preferred)

Role Overview

We are looking for a part-time Technical Sales Representative who will be responsible for converting interested leads into active SOVAR clients. You will primarily handle outbound calls, follow-ups, and occasional in-person demos.

This role is highly execution-focused and requires strong communication, persistence, and basic technical understanding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call interested leads provided in an Excel sheet
  • Follow up with previously contacted leads who showed interest
  • Clearly explain SOVAR's value proposition and pricing
  • Handle objections and guide clients toward subscription
  • Update lead status, notes, and pipeline in Excel sheets

Maintain organized tracking of:

  • Calls made
  • Conversion status
  • Revenue generated
  • Coordinate and attend product demos when required:
  • Mainly in Cairo
  • Occasionally outside Cairo (transport covered)
  • Provide feedback on customer concerns and sales patterns

Requirements

  • Strong sales and persuasion skills
  • Excellent communication skills (Arabic required, English is a plus)
  • Ability to confidently speak with doctors and clinic owners
  • Basic understanding of technical products (VR/medical tech is a plus)
  • Good proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Organizing leads
  • Tracking conversions
  • Presenting simple reports
  • Highly organized and consistent in follow-ups
  • Self-driven and target-oriented

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or currently studying) in:
  • Business
  • Engineering
  • Computer Science
  • Or any related field
  • Previous experience in sales or customer interaction is a strong plus

Compensation

Base Salary: 5000 EGP/month

Commission Structure:

10% commission on monthly subscriptions

Commission increases based on plan:

Monthly → 10%

6 Months → 2x monthly commission

Yearly → 3x monthly commission

Example:

  • 3000 EGP Monthly Plan → 300 EGP commission
  • 6-Month Plan → 2x monthly commission
  • Yearly Plan → 3x monthly commission
