Role Description

You will oversee the full sales process, including identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets in the industrial technology and building automation sector. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, guiding a team of sales representatives, and fostering partnerships with customers and stakeholders. This full-time role is on-site and based in Cairo, Egypt.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead full sales cycle (prospecting to closing)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships withconsultants, developers, contractors, and project owners.
  • Conducttargeted field prospecting
  • Engage in projects from early specification and design stages through tendering and contract award.
  • Work closely with technical and engineering teams to prepare competitive, technically aligned proposals.
  • Manage commercial negotiations, pricing, and contractual discussions.
  • Maintain an active and well-structured sales pipeline with regular reporting to management.
  • Represent Lumera professionally in meetings, presentations, and industry events.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, business development, and client relationship management
  • 5+ years experience in industrial technology, building automation systems, or related technical domains
  • Strong familiarity with BMS platforms and solutions (technical understanding is essential).
  • Proven network of contactswithin consultants, developers, contractors, and key decision-makers in the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of project-based sales cycles and tendering processes.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot and/or Salesforce)
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are an advantage
