GuruHits is looking for an experienced
Technical Solution Architect (Oracle Fusion / EBS) (8-12+ years of experience) to lead enterprise architecture design, integrations, and digital transformation projects across multiple clients and industries.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing end-to-end Oracle solutions, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance system architecture aligned with business needs.
Requirements
- 8-12+ years of experience in Oracle technologies (Fusion & EBS)
- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM)
- Solid hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
- Proven experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and middleware integrations
- Strong knowledge of REST / SOAP APIs, Web Services, JSON, XML
- Experience in data migration tools (FBDI, HDL, Interfaces)
- Strong background in SQL / PLSQL and Oracle development tools (ADF, Forms, Reports)
- Experience working with hybrid environments (Cloud & On-Prem)
- Strong understanding of system architecture, scalability, and performance optimization
- Proven experience leading technical teams and managing stakeholders
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and design end-to-end solution architecture for Oracle Fusion and EBS projects
- Drive Oracle Fusion implementations, EBS enhancements, and migration/coexistence initiatives
- Define and manage integration architecture between Fusion, EBS, and external systems
- Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions
- Oversee full project lifecycle (design, development, deployment, post-go-live support)
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and integration teams
- Ensure adherence to architecture standards, governance, and best practices
- Optimize system performance, availability, and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Act as the main technical point of contact for critical issues and architecture decisions
