Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support / Customer Service representative at ETISAL International Group, located in Maadi Cairo. The role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution. The representative will also deliver exceptional customer support, analyze and resolve technical issues, and build positive customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
  • Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Proven Analytical Skills for problem-solving and issue resolution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Fluent proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
  • Prior experience in a contact center or BPO setting is a plus
