RoleOverview
WeareseekingaskilledTechnicalSupportEngineertoprovidebothpre-salesandpost-salestechnicalsupportforCAD,BIM,andrelatedengineeringsoftwaresolutions.
Theroleinvolvesworkingcloselywithcustomerstodemonstratetechnicalcapabilities,provideimplementationsupport,andensurethesuccessfuladoptionofsoftwaresolutions.TheTechnicalSupportEngineerwillalsocollaboratewiththetechnicalteamsofinternationalsupplierstoresolvecomplexissuesanddeliverhigh-qualitysupporttoclients.
KeyResponsibilities
Pre-SalesSupport
- Delivertechnicalpresentationsandproductdemonstrationstoprospectiveclients.
- Providetechnicalconsultationandanswercustomerinquiriesregardingsoftwarecapabilities.
- Assistthesalesteaminidentifyingsuitablesolutionsforcustomerrequirements.
- Coordinatewithinternationalsuppliertechnicalsupportteamstoresolvetechnicalquestions
Post-SalesSupport
- InstallandconfigureCAD/BIMsoftwaresolutionsforcustomers.
- Provideend-usertrainingandtechnicalguidance.
- Troubleshootandresolvetechnicalissuesincollaborationwithsuppliersupportteams.
- Ensuresuccessfulimplementationandcustomersatisfactionafterdeployment.
ProductEvaluation
- StudyandevaluatenewsoftwaresolutionsrelatedtoCAD,BIM,andengineeringtechnologies.
- Providefeedbackandrecommendationsonpotentialnewtoolsortechnologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor'sdegreeinCivilEngineering,Architecture, Engineering,orInteriorDesign.
- Minimum3yearsofpracticalexperienceintechnicalsupportorengineering.
- GoodcommandoftheEnglishlanguage(writtenandspoken).
- KnowledgeofCAD,BIM,SteelDetailing,orInteriorDesignsoftwareishighlypreferred.
- Experienceworkingwithengineeringconsultantsordesignfirmsisastrongadvantage.
- MustbearesidentinCairo.
