Job Description

1. Education & Technical Background: Candidates must hold a degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics with practical experience in troubleshooting power electronics, ensuring a strong foundation for both software and hardware maintenance.

2. Remote Monitoring: The role requires active monitoring of the charging network via central management dashboards (CPMS) to detect alarms, analyze OCPP logs, and perform immediate remote troubleshooting or firmware updates.

3. Field Execution: Unlike purely administrative roles, this position requires physical deployment to charger sites to execute preventive maintenance, replace defective components, and perform complex electrical repairs that cannot be resolved remotely.

4. Diagnostic Proficiency: You must be proficient in using both software diagnostic tools and physical testing equipment (such as multimeters and EV simulators) to isolate issues between the network, the charger hardware, and the vehicle.

5. Operational Readiness: A valid driver's license and the flexibility to travel to various sites are mandatory to ensure rapid response times for emergency breakdowns and adherence to strict maintenance schedules
