Stunning is an AI platform that allows users to build full-stack websites in Arabic.
We're looking for someone to own and build the support function from the ground up, while handling daily technical tickets.
What You'll Own
- Manage and resolve approx. 5060 daily tickets (Arabic & English)
- Centralize and organize all support channels
- Define ticket categories and prioritization rules
- Establish response standards and SLAs
- Perform L1 technical triage before escalation
- Reproduce issues and gather structured information
- Escalate bugs clearly and professionally to the CTO/dev team
- Build internal documentation and basic FAQs
- Create weekly support reports and insights
- Ensure no ticket is missed or left aging
You will not be handed a process.
You will help build it.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in SaaS or technical support (13+ years)
- Basic understanding of:
- Web applications
- Hosting & domains
- Authentication systems
- APIs (basic level)
- Structured thinker with strong discipline
- Strong written communication (Arabic & English)
- Comfortable working directly with a CTO
- Able to operate without micromanagement
- Calm under pressure and volume
You don't need to code.
But you must be technically comfortable.
What This Role Is Not
- Not a basic customer service position
- Not script-based replying
- Not a product management role
This is a hands-on operator role with real ownership.
