We are seeking a Technical Support Officer to analyze and resolve technical issues, provide user support, and maintain operating systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting network problems, participating in network security implementations, and updating and maintaining computer networks and systems. Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or in person to resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Analyze user issues and provide appropriate solutions for different technical problems.
- Deliver high-level technical support to users across various platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve all network-related technical issues.
- Manage, monitor, and update all computer network systems.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates for operating systems and network infrastructure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT related field.
- Proven experience in technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
