Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. As a Technical Support Specialist at ITXPROS, your primary responsibilities will include providing technical assistance to clients, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering solutions for guided surgery software and equipment. You will also engage in customer support to address inquiries and deliver excellent service while maintaining accurate documentation of technical support activities.
