Provide technical, scientific, and marketing support for the MEVAC poultry vaccine portfolio by delivering training, technical resources, and field support to poultry producers, consultants, and key opinion leaders (KOLs). Investigate and resolve customer complaints through root cause analysis, support clinical and field trials, contribute to product launches and marketing initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business objectives, while ensuring full compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide MEVAC poultry vaccine portfolio details, technical resources, and marketing tools to poultry producers, consultants, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and farmers.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints using a systematic root cause analysis to address poultry health issues.
- Efficiently deliver MEVAC's scientific, technical, and marketing messages/tools to customers.
- Collaborate with MEVAC Sales, Marketing, and other teams to achieve company objectives.
- Deliver technical training, seminars, and product updates to customers.
- Conduct marketing studies and support product experience trials.
- Map and engage thought leaders in universities, government agencies, research institutes, poultry corporations, consultancies, and industry associations.
- Promote MEVAC products against competitor claims and customer concerns.
- Support new product development by conducting and monitoring the required preclinical and clinical trials, and support in preparations for launch, tools, and activities.
- Prepare relevant reports and provide support for sales and marketing initiatives.
- Develop technical information and documents for internal seminars and external training programs.
- Design basic solutions or field trials to demonstrate MEVAC vaccine efficacy.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, Ethics & Compliance standards, and external regulations.
REQUIREMENTS- Veterinary medicine graduate.
- Previous experience in poultry vaccines or the Vaccine industry (preferred)
- Minimum experience with 1-3 years in poultry companies
- Excellent communication & Presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, hard worker and team player.
