Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist located in Dhahran. The role focuses on supporting users, troubleshooting platform-related issues, guiding customers through system usage, and ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.

The Technical Support Specialist will investigate reported issues, answer inquiries, escalate technical problems when needed, and help maintain a high level of user satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in technical support or customer support within a digital or SaaS environment
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to analyze issues and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
