Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist located in Dhahran. The role focuses on supporting users, troubleshooting platform-related issues, guiding customers through system usage, and ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
The Technical Support Specialist will investigate reported issues, answer inquiries, escalate technical problems when needed, and help maintain a high level of user satisfaction.
