Job Description

Saher Management is hiring for Technical Support Specialist.

Job Title: Technical Support Specialist ( ARABIC SPEAKERS with DRIVING LICENSE Mandate )

Location: Doha, Qatar

Candidates available locally in Qatar , Arabic-speaking. Candidate must have a valid Driving License are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to end-user service requests and incidents.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware (PCs, laptops, Macs, printers, scanners, IP phones, mobile devices) and software.
  • Setup, manage, and maintain user accounts, distribution groups, and passwords.
  • Provide remote and on-site technical assistance and guidance.
  • Maintain hardware/software availability for business continuity.
  • Perform technical evaluations and recommend hardware/software solutions.
  • Optimize IT devices and ensure proper configuration management.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and reports.
  • Use Service Manager or ITSM tools to log, update, escalate, and close tickets.
  • Act as acting supervisor and assist with complex issues for VIP or sensitive users.
  • Support IT projects, events, and third-party vendor coordination.

Skills & Tools

  • SCCM, Shavlik patching tool, VBScript, PowerShell scripting.
  • IT service process improvement and end-user coaching/training.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • ITIL Foundation certification required; MCSE/MCITP mandatory; Cisco certification preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of IT support experience, including hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
