Job Description

Responsibility:

1. Onsite and remote technical support for customers to resolve issue in POC or after sales inquiries

2. Track, mantain and resolve incident as well as provide the report to the customer

3. Perform device installation and integration into customer environment

4. Provide technical training for Partners and/or customers

5. Escalation to RND to resolve product issue

6. Create technical documentation for project and/or internal knowledge base

Requirement:

1. 2+ years of experience as technical engineer, system integrator or equivalent experience

2. Solid knowledge of network best practices. Thorough understanding of server, storage, cloud, virtualization, hyper converged infrastructure, virtual desktop infrastructure

3. Good knowledge of virtualization, Hyper Converged Infrastructure, cloud computing

4.Know well about main stream virtualization or hyper converged solution (Vmware, Simplivity, Nutanix, etc.) have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of how to troubleshoot technical issues that involve Sangfor products.
