Job Summary
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in IT outsourcing and technology staffing. The role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding IT professionals to support outsourced projects and managed services contracts. You will work closely with delivery managers, sales, and HR to ensure the right talent is available at the right time and cost.

Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
- Source IT professionals for outsourcing, staff augmentation, and managed services models
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: requirements intake sourcing interviews offer onboarding
- Manage recruitment for onshore, offshore, and nearshore delivery models
- Coordinate with external recruitment vendors when needed
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT roles including but not limited to:
- Experience in recruiting for technical roles such as Software Developers, Infrastructure & Network Engineers, Cloud & DevOps Engineers, Database Administrators, Cybersecurity Specialists, and ERP, RPA, and Data professionals.
- Use multiple sources: LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, vendors, and internal databases
- Work closely with delivery managers, project managers, and sales teams to understand technical and commercial requirements.
- Translate client requirements and scope into detailed job description
- Advise stakeholders on market availability, salary benchmarks, and hiring risks
- Support onboarding, contract setup, and deployment readiness
- Ensure hiring aligns with company policies, client requirements, and local labor laws
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, documentation, and reports
Reporting & Metrics
- Track and report KPIs:
- Time-to-fill
- Cost-per-hire
- Offer acceptance rate
- Attrition during probation
- Continuously improving recruitment efficiency and quality
- Projects are staffed on time and within budget
- Low offer drop-outs and early attrition

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- HR Diploma is preferred.
- 36 years of experience in IT recruitment (Tech Recruiter), preferably within IT outsourcing or system integrator environments
- Experience with managed services or staff augmentation contracts
- Exposure to regional or international hiring
- Knowledge of salary structures, contract types, and outsourcing pricing models
- ATS and recruitment analytics experience
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and roles
- Proven experience hiring under tight timelines and delivery pressure
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
