Job purpose:
Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible to source effective staff to the QuadraTech. He/she will do this by assessing the staffing needs of their company and then identifying and recruiting talented individuals to fill those needs. also participate in the hiring process, He/ She works in conjunction with the managers for which they are hiring.
Duties and responsibilities
- Develop the company's policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing
- Design and managerecruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews, etc.)
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
- Communicate regularly with the concerned department to get a clear view of the company's hiring needs and organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain all job descriptions and job postings; execute all required job postings in a timely manner.
- Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels and the other professional platforms.
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
- Proactive coordination with departments for technical interviews.
- Collect and screen resumes, select potential candidates, and provide a shortlist of approved candidates to supervisors for interview.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications.
- Complete and distribute high-quality weekly and monthly staffing reports
- Collaborate with managers to identify shortlist needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or equivalent field.
- 2-5 Years Previous working experience preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the same field.
- HR diploma is highly recommended.
- Excellent Command of English is must.
- Excellent understanding offull-cycle recruitment processes
- Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
- Experience with sourcing techniques.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills.
