Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Trainer to design and deliver training programs for New Hires in Technical Support and Pre-Sales teams. The role focuses on onboarding, technical knowledge transfer, product understanding, and practical readiness to handle customers and internal systems

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver onboarding and technical training for new hires (Technical Support & Pre-Sales).
  • Explain product features, system workflows, and technical solutions in a simple and practical way.
  • Prepare training materials (presentations, documentation, hands-on labs).
  • Conduct assessments to measure trainees readiness and performance.
  • Collaborate with Technical, Sales, and Product teams to keep training content updated.
  • Support new hires during their initial production period.
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend improvement plans.

Requirements

  • Strong technical background in IT / Software / Systems.
  • Experience in Technical Support, Pre-Sales, or Technical Training.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience in onboarding and training new employees is a plus.
  • Very Good command of English (written & spoken).
