Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Trainer to design and deliver training programs for New Hires in Technical Support and Pre-Sales teams. The role focuses on onboarding, technical knowledge transfer, product understanding, and practical readiness to handle customers and internal systems
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver onboarding and technical training for new hires (Technical Support & Pre-Sales).
- Explain product features, system workflows, and technical solutions in a simple and practical way.
- Prepare training materials (presentations, documentation, hands-on labs).
- Conduct assessments to measure trainees readiness and performance.
- Collaborate with Technical, Sales, and Product teams to keep training content updated.
- Support new hires during their initial production period.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend improvement plans.
Requirements
- Strong technical background in IT / Software / Systems.
- Experience in Technical Support, Pre-Sales, or Technical Training.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Experience in onboarding and training new employees is a plus.
- Very Good command of English (written & spoken).
