Technical Training Specialist (Industrial Quality & Predictive Maintenance) - Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Training Specialist to deliver two specialized, high-impact industrial training courses in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a contract opportunity for a professional with deep expertise in both Supplier Quality Management and Condition Monitoring/Predictive Maintenance.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering engaging, 5-day training programs to technical managers and engineers, ensuring participants achieve a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter. The training sessions are scheduled for 3 hours per day, focusing on practical application and best practices in critical industrial fields.

Required Expertise & Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess a strong blend of technical knowledge, practical industrial experience, and proven training delivery skills.

• Mandatory Requirements:
• Experience: Proven experience as a technical trainer or subject matter expert in industrial settings (e.g., Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Utilities).
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Quality, or equivalent).
• Location: Must be based in or responsible to commute to Abu Dhabi
• Language: Excellent command of English (written and spoken) for professional training delivery.

Training Schedule & Compensation

This is a fixed-term contract covering two distinct training weeks in December 2025.

A total fee of 1,800 AED is offered per 5-day course (15 instructional hours). 3,600 AED (for both courses)

Specialized Technical Expertise:

Course : Quality Control at Vendor and Supplier Sites

• Required Expertise : In-depth knowledge of Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA), vendor auditing, inspection test plans (ITPs), and compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001 and API/ASME. Experience in developing supplier qualification and evaluation systems.
• Dates: 15 - 19 December 2025
• Duration: 5 Days (09:00 - 12:00, 3 hours/day)
• Number of Attending Trainees: 1
• Compensation: 1,800 AED (15 hours per course)

Course : Condition Monitoring and Predictive Maintenance

• Required Expertise : Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of Condition Monitoring (CM) techniques, including Vibration Analysis, Oil Analysis, Thermography, and the implementation of Predictive Maintenance (PdM) strategies and CMMS integration.
• Dates: 22 - 26 December 2025
• Duration: 5 Days (09:00 - 12:00, 3 hours/day)
• Number of Attennding Trainees: 2
• Compensation: 1,800 AED (15 hours per course)
