Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Writer based in Masr Elgdida, Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining a variety of technical documentation, including manuals, guides, and reports. Day-to-day tasks involve working closely with technical teams to understand complex concepts, transforming them into clear and concise documentation, and ensuring that all materials align with organizational standards and user needs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is also a key aspect of the role to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Writing and Technical Communication to create clear and concise user manuals, technical guides, and documentation.
• Strong skills in Technical Documentation and creating structured content tailored to various technical audiences.
• Experience with writing, updating, and maintaining Manuals and Documentation efficiently and effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to distill complex technical information.
• Proficiency in using documentation tools and technologies, including content management systems.
• Collaborative working skills to engage with subject matter experts and cross-disciplinary teams.
• A professional-level command of written and verbal English.
• Bachelor's degree in technical writing, engineering, computer science, communications, or related field is preferred.
• Experience with ERP System, prefer SAP.
