Role Overview
You'll be responsible for creating, maintaining, and evolving high-quality documentation and educational content that empowers our users to understand and use our product effectively. This includes user guides, release notes, onboarding materials, FAQs, and in-app help content. This role is remote and based in Egypt.
Key Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and maintain clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for product features, workflows, and updates.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Professional Services and the Customer Education & Support teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Create and update onboarding materials, tutorials, and help center articles.
- Develop content strategies for new feature rollouts and ensure timely documentation updates.
- Maintain a consistent voice and tone across all user-facing content.
- Monitor user feedback and analytics to continuously improve documentation and identify content gaps.
- Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge-sharing resources as needed.
- Maintain the product help portals to ensure that it hosts the latest material.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical writing, user education, or a similar role-preferably in a SaaS organization.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible content.
- Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, Notion, GitBook, or similar.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development processes is a plus.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience creating video tutorials, walkthroughs, or interactive guides.
- Previous experience building and managing a knowledge base is a plus
